Sellma Shop offers selected products from the Sellma Cosmetics in this shop.
The order can be ordered via the following channels: Internet via the webshop: www.sellma.shop and via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Delivery informations
Sellma Shop will deliver the ordered products within 2 working days after receipt of the order. Switzerland orders take 1-3 working days. European orders 3-5 working days and Worldwide orders 7-10 working days. Unforeseen events such as, disruption of traffic or overloading of Swiss Post may lead to delays in delivery. International orders can be delayed because of local customs office or local post services. If we send the consignment that requires your signature the person who receives it must sign a confirmation document offered by post courier. The courier is not obliged to contact you by the phone.
Sellma Shop dispatches the ordered products with the Swiss Post and DHL. Delivery is made to any address requested by the customer. Benefit and risk are transferred to the customer with the delivery of the products to Swiss Post.
- Shippment and charges
All shipments are made directly from our warehouse Sellma Shop (ZH).
The costs of shipment vary from 4.50 SFR for domestic orders. For international orders started from 9.00 – 18.00 SFR
Your order will be shipped from Switzerland. International orders may be subject to additional tax and duty charges applied by your local customs office. This would be payable by you before or upon delivery. We highly recommend that you check whether local tax or duties may be applied.

You can pay at Sellma Shop by credit card: Master Card, VISA, PayPal, E- banking PostFinance and TWINT.
We are certified with PCI DSS by Security Standard Council through Six Payment Services.
Due to hygienic reasons Sellma Cosmetic Products cannot be returned. Sellma Shop returns products if they are not as ordered in invoice. Sellma Shop bears the return shipping costs for incorrectly delivered products.
Sellma Shop complies with the Swiss Data Protection Act. It procures and processes personal data only to the extent that this is necessary for business transactions or legal requirements.
- Data protection.
We take the protection of your data very seriously. We use your personal data, to offer you offers and services. Personal data can also be used by Sellma Shop to maintain its customer relationships, for example in the context of marketing campaigns.
- General information
Sellma Shop reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time.
With the use of services provided by Sellma Shop, these general terms and conditions are accepted as unconditionally accepted. Deviating conditions of the customer are non-binding for Sellma-Shop, subject to the express written acknowledgment.
Subsidiary agreements or further commitments of Sellma Shop require the written form.
The terms of the GTC are as of 29.09.2018
The current version of these General Terms and Conditions and the law of Switzerland shall apply.
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The statutory provisions shall apply instead of the invalid provision.
